Successfully introduced and scaled key platforms including Klucel HPC L, Benecel HPMC, Kollidon CL, Solubilisers, and Instacoat coating systems. Established India’s first dedicated pharmaceutical excipient application lab for Asia while delivering strong pipeline conversion and customer adoption.

Provided strategic support for excipient GMP compliance, elemental impurities control, nitrosamine risk assessment, and IPEC guidelines. Co-founded IPEC India to strengthen national standards for pharmaceutical excipients.

Conducted stakeholder interviews and redesigned complete role framework for R&D (IPDO), Regulatory Affairs, and Manufacturing divisions of a leading global biopharmaceutical company. Mapped all positions into new organisational layers and buckets to achieve uniformity, clarity, and consistency in responsibilities, skill requirements, and fungibility guidelines across different layers eg Research Associate to Head levels.

Developed and commercialised advanced solubilisation platforms using hot-melt extrusion, amorphous solid dispersions, and surfactant systems (PEG, Polysorbate, Soluplus, Kolliphor). Delivered formulation solutions for poorly soluble APIs in oral solid dosage forms and injectables, improving bioavailability and enabling faster product development
